Mark is- a strong and passionate advocate, consultant, and advisor with over a decade of lived Expertise in the disability sector, Mark founded Mark Blowers Consulting to help government agencies and organisations across the Asia-Pacific region create truly inclusive and accessible environments for all.

As Chair of People with Disabilities WA, I am proud to lead our team in its efforts to promote systemic change and represent the voice of people disabilities at the highest levels.

My lived expertise is backed by a diverse background - including proud service as an Australian Army Veteran, a Justice of the Peace WA, And as an Australian Para Athlete.

My journey is deeply personal. Living with disability has given me not only insight, but a powerful drive to push for systemic change. I know firsthand the barriers that exist - and I know how to break them down.

We specialise in practical, real-world solutions that go beyond box-ticking, whether it’s reviewing policy, improving physical or digital access, or advising on inclusive design and strategy, I work closely with teams to build capability and confidence in accessibility and inclusion.
